Interview at marketing place?? |
Hello, I am a student that's going for her interview at marketing place today? I've never worked at a marketing place before nor do I have much experience selling stuff on the phone...butt uhhh yea, I have an interview today :) I was just wondering do any of you know what sorts of questions marketing places ask you during interviews??? Thanks a lot Yes, you'll be asked general questions and typical (specific, targeted) questions. When it comes to the profile of your job, it is your knowledge about the company and the products that makes the difference. Also, you would be set in a realistic situation...like "Let's say a customer comes to you and asks you for the X product, but you don't have it in the market today. How do you convince that customer to come back tomorrow for that product?" Or others similar... http://www.cvtips.com/interview_question... Source(s): Career adviser I am a marketing manager. The most important thing about my job is to be knowledgeable about the products I am asked to show customers. THere are many different types of marketing but all require fairly tough skin (you will hear "no" alot) a positive attitude, ability to think on your feet and exceptional knowledge of your product, product environment, pros and cons of your product and your competitors. If you are interested in this position show that you can learn quickly and efficiently, and that you are egar to do so. Show that you are enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills. If you don't know much about marketing, it's ok, just show that you are willing to do what it takes to learnand learn fast. Marketing Manager by trade. |
