I work in a party plan business, and am having some trouble getting people to book shows with me. For the longest time i was thinking it was because I am a guy. But turns out its not that at all. I need to get my at home business booming and can't seem to figure out what to do to get things to move forward. Stand stills aren't a good thing in my business. Any ideas on how to achieve booking success?
not sure but i know i just booked a toy party with a guy..and he is very successful at it..his name came to me as a referrel as a friend that he did such a great job..if you want some info on him im me or email me and i will give it to you and maybe you could email him from one guy to another and see if he has any advice...
Find some groups in your area that you have interest in and join. You have to network like crazy!! Vistaprint.com also has some excellent brochures, business cards, etc to advertise with. Put these in conspicoius places (as allowed of course) that would get noticed.
Start Over!!! Call family, friends, neighbors, and ask them to book a show! Also ask them if they can invite people who where not at their last show along with people who were at there other shows. And work on hostess coaching!! also pass out as much material as you can, get your name out there! hope this helps.
