Has anyone had an interview w/ Rooms-to-Go?? What to expect?

Are the interview questions scripted?? My last interview they asked the most stupid questions...How do react to change??? Duh...How do you handle a diverse work group?? I just want to be prepared... thanks... the job is for office/sales

Those are actually excellent questions. For instance, many people do NOT react well to change. They want predictibility and if you mess with something in their little world they go wacko. An employee's ability to respond to change with a positive attitude is incredibly important.

Also, there are tons of people (believe it or not) who are unable to deal with people who are different from themselves, let alone work well as a team. Again, a great question.

Regardless of where you are interviewing, put yourself in the position of the employer. What do they need in an employee for the particular position you are filling and how can you show them that you are what they are looking for.

Thinking their questions are stupid is not going to get you hired.
