these kinds of sites to network and build their career/ideal life? I work at http://www.ysn.com/ and we are still new enough where we haven't started any of our marketing efforts yet. I would love your feedback about the site if you have a chance to check it out. Thanks! It looks very "my-space" ish. Which is OK if you are setting up a space for starters to talk to starters, but it seems the real value would come from mentors and employers viewing the information and hiring people or at least giving them advice.
