What was the result? EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS Give us an example of when you went that extra mile for someone at work, ie a customer or a colleague. What was the situation? What action did you take? What was the result? INITIATIVE What has been the best idea you have had which was then implemented? What was the situation? What action did you take? What was the result? FLEXIBILITY We all face problems at work that are difficult to solve. Tell us about a problem that you did not solve on the first try 鈥?what did you do? What was the situation? What action did you take? What was the result? PERSONAL DRIVE & RESULTS What has been your biggest achievement to date and what steps did you take to achieve it? What was the situation? What action did you take? What was the result? We can't give you answers to these questions - the answers need to come from your own personal experience. If I made a situation up for you in order to answer these questions, as soon as the interviewer started to probe for more information you would be caught out, because you wouldn't be able to provide further information. But, you're doing the right thing by thinking about what questions could possibly be asked and what your answers could be, so I'm sure all will go well if you're prepared. |
