How much do dillards sales person make.?
I worked at Dillard's before. Some people start at $9.00 but a girl that was with me at orientation started at $8.50 for some reason. I don't think any department offers commission now except for shoes but you have to reach a personal selling quota in order to get a raise and if that quota is not reached, your payrate is decreased by about 10%. I would not suggest working there unless you work in one of higher end areas like Polo or if you're really good at selling.
They start at around $9 per hour. Most departments offer commissions or raises based on your sales performance.
