Actually, in one of the department stores, such as, Target, Modells and Kohls.

U go and apply. It is very easy.
Beware: they only pay minimum wage.
They usually have a station with a chair and a computer for you to fill out the application in the store. If not then I would go to the guest service desk and ask them for an application.
