How to praise ppl?

don't just praise someone for the sake of doing so, if your gonna say something you have to mean it otherwise it won't come out genuine and people might actually think your making fun of them or being sarcastic. if you really wanna say something though then try to find something that is really good about that person, or try something simple like "hey, wow i really like your t-shirt" or "your hair really suits you that way" (obviously tho you won't be saying this stuff if you hate the shirt or the hair), if its something they do that you wanna praise that's even easier coz its not so personal therefore not so hard. say "i really like the way your going about this situation" or "you really have a way with people". i find its easy to start with phrases like "has anyone ever told you...." or "did you know that....." hope I've helped!!

Just be geniune and sincere.
Catch them doing things right...then let them know how much you appreciate the good work, the effort, etc.

Be geniune, don't overdo it, because you want to make sure it still works.

There is a book out there that is called "1001 Ways to Reward Employees", and it has lots of different ideas to keep people motivated and feeling valued. Every manager should have this book, and use the ideas regularly.

Cash spiffs, like a $10 bill for a great individual sale, (on top of the other perks they already get) or take them out for coffee, or get them a gift certificate to their favorite restaurant, and give them an extra long paid lunch hour. Things like this are much more valuable to a person than you would realize, and keeping employees happy and positive is very important in todays business environment.
If you are a guy: "Hi, beautiful."

If you are a girl: "Hi, handsome."
