But you have to know what you are doing, a background in multi-family or property management will help. Property Management: The rental market is going gang busters. BPO. BPO or Brokers Price Opinion is a growing industry. while the foreclosure market is raging banks and lenders need on-site independent valuations of property. Insurance companies and investors will pay you to tell them what property is worth.
