What would be a better job? auto sales or cell phone sales?

I got a job offer from these two different places, I could do both but I would like something that is steady. pros and cons from people that have done either would be great, thx

If you did auto sales, when you actually did get a sale it would be a much better payoff.

But cell phone sales is probably more of a steady pay I would think. Plus so many new phones come out every day!

PS. if you work for lexus, hook me up plz :D
selling a car is a hell of a lot harder than a phone, but the commission is greater. it depends on how good of a sales person you are. if you've never done commission sales, i suggest the cell phones. then move into cars later on if you want.
i've sold furniture, and it's BRUTAL.
I would say car sales. Everyone needs and wants both, and new ones all the time...but the commission on the cars would obviously be better :)
I think ppl = (people) buy more often cell phones than cars.
Auto sales
There will be more pressure with car sales but higher rewards. Also, depending on your values you might have internal conflicts about what the Sales Manager will ask you to do and what you think is right to the consumer.
