Promoting Dairy Department?


I have a job interview today and I know I will be asked how I can improve sales in the Dairy Department. Any ideas would be great. Thanks in advance.

Fresh dairy to me means ice cold temps, clean shelves, bright lights, good signage, reasonable expiration dates... and lots of variety! Love the organics too. I think more selections of organics, which are growing in popularity, would peak peoples interests... Source(s): Just me
Healthy foods....know good low fat recipes that require dairy foods.
