What skills and experience do I need to work as a sales administrator/support?

You need good customer liaison skills, a good telephone manner, good knowledge of your product and plenty of patience.
Experience in sales, typing, Excel, Word and possibly Powerpoint experience. Reports are probably a necessity in sales, excellent phone skills, the ability to multi-task, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Be extremely cute as I'm sure you already are. A batting of the eyes opens a hell of a lot more doors than a silver tounge.
That's what i do! Definately a positive attitude, good computer and customer relation skills.
You should be able to make your services meet or exceed the expecations of your customers.
