I started a new e store and i can signup other people to get e stores too /how do i find people interested? |
i started a new e store i've invested 400.00, i can get other people into this busness with their own e store, but i'm new to the web and don't know many people how do i find people interested in this that i could talk to about it, and walk them thru the steps? I was thinking of an answer to your question before...it sounds like it might take some time finding people specifically interested in opening up an e-store. You can try forums geared toward new business owners or entrepreneurs (I did a google search and found this one right here: http://entrepreneur.meetup.com/boards... ). You can even try posting up a classified ad in Craigslist (www.craigslist.org), asking if anyone would be interested in what you are describing, and then waiting for responses. I'm sure you'll be able to find people in this manner, but it will take some time and effort. Best of luck! How did they find you? Use the exact same thing they did to you to get you to agree and use it again. It worked for you, why reinvent the wheel. Basically you are looking for you. Keep finding you. Point being there is no marketing in the world that would get me to do it. So I cant give you any ideas. You need to market to find people exactly like you. Find the idea that made you sign up, and keep doing it. Your customer is you. Just ask yourself would you buy it? You said yes. So keep doing it to others. Try Google Adsense so advertise your store and when they see your store they may purchase or get involved in a store of their own. Use business cards or tee shirts to advertise your online store. Call it an online mini mall. You can get business cards cheap at www.vista.com and once you are signed up up get a lot of things free minus shipping. But anything you order from them save on shipping by picking slow shipping, it is just as fast. You can sell your items without list fees at www.bigboybid.com. They also have a store for free for up to 5 itmes. eBay will be getting more business in mid-Oct, 1st of Nov. for the holiday. You may have a store free for 1 month and try it and if happy the store is $15 a month and the fees are cheaper then if you didn't have a store. It is personal preference.
