Modern sales people are more concerned about what they recieve then what they give to organisation?

You must not have much experience with these people.

The ones I know who are successful are very concerned with the success of their organizations, with issues of satisfying the company's needs, delivery of quality product on time, at prices promised, react rapidly to changes in customer needs.

They know that it is much easier to keep a customer happy, than to recruit new customers.

They know that so long as they serve the needs of the company, they have as good job security as anyone.
