Legally, what is an online sale. If i generate webleads and a sales guy closes them then do i get a share?


do i get a share in commissions especially if i were contracted to earn a percentage on "online sales" Will the commission be only valid if someone buys the item online through a credit card?

It depends on the terms of the contract, so only an attorney with the contract in front of them can say for sure,

But I would bet that it only covers sales that are direct through your site. Sales that are passed off to another person to "work" the sales are not going to give you a commission.
