I am getting ready take the real estate class to get my license. I will be selling for a firm that is located in a ski resort, tourist town where the sales seem to be pretty good. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should be prepared for in the class and what kind of experience have you had selling real estate, such as sales per month and what kind (amount) of money were you able to make average per month? Thanks for any help. No preparation is required. The class is what is preparing you for the state test. Search for valid agent sales statistics. People will tell you anything.
