Should i join security company as a marketing manager is there any growth? My Friend, Well, Growth is concerned, it never happened instantly, when our thought about that, contraryly, u have to create the oppourtunity. For that, u need the intention to work hard, tharough knowledge about ur product, good attitude towords with the superior as well as inferior people, motivation, monitoring capability, aggressive ,emphathetic, to be good negotiator and finally , result oreiented one, because these are qualities become a good manager. Your field is concerned, unexploited market, ( As a marketing manager onething u have to understand, first of all u should be aware about customer mind,and try to create the needs,by way of giving good PRESENTATION through ur product,and what benefits they are going to get, this is the important , when they purchase ur product, (A small mantra " Whenever u give presentation, u should be BUYER side, similarly, whenever u have the negotiation u must be as a SELLER ) Because, no company or boss will give the salary from his own pocket as for as Marketing is concerned, so u have to put effort, sweat into some sort of plan with optimistic.Oncemore I insist u , in this field in India unexploited market. think positively and act wisely, u have the career. takes it as challenge.
