Should I wear a suit for a sales job interview with 24 Hour Fitness (a large gym)? It's not a bad idea. Maybe just a nice shirt and tie with slacks and dress shoes. In my experience when they are working, gym salesmen usually wear polos and slacks, but it's always a good idea to dress a little nicer and more professional for an interview. Why not..I think its sharp. I would look for my candidate with a difference. Without a doubt, however, make it a great looking pair of slacks ( and a Navy blazer with a pinstiped or tattersall (preferably matching the slacks) button down shirt, a tightly woven tie and dress loafers! You'll be a hit and get the job, if you're qualified! Yes, it will help you portray a professional image and stand out as a serious candidate. That is a great move first impression are always the best this will let your soon to be employer know this is a very important meeting and you have dress the part good luck! |
