Sales commission?

I am in the position of possibly organising a large, international business transaction between two companies. The buyer's broker contacted me and I have now sourced a supplier. I am not used to doing things this way. What's the usual procedure when the you link up the buyer and seller for a commission. Its a one-off deal if it works out. Would welcome advice from seasoned sales people.

You can take your commission if a person giving you himself then you are not hearting anyone. Also it's not effecting your company status.

Be happy and leave them happy

Thanks.
