Should I Call Back??

Last Thursday I applied at a shoe store in the mall called Finishline. The next day I turned in the application and the manager, who seemed very nice, gave me an interview that same day. He told me that everything looked good, bu that he had to look over the application and interview some more people, but told me that he would either call me monday or tuesday, and if not for me to call him. So I called him tuesday and he said that he hadn't looked at the applications but for me to call back the next day. So I did and he wasn't there but they told me to call the following day and they said that he wasn't there again. I decided to call one more time and they said to try monday. Should I try calling one last time or would it just be better for me to wait to see if he calls me?

Do you really want to work for a company that is rum this way? Either the manager is not being upfront with you, telling you he hired someone else.. or he's just unreliable.
Wait until Thursday or Friday - if he hasn't called you by then, it isn't a good sign, but you could try calling him once more at that time.
YES YOU GO TO THE STORE TALK TO MANAGER
