i've recently started a wesite up for advise on modelling, this just has lists of agencies and help with breaking into a career or modelling, i had a few requests to start up profiles for people on my site to advertise their portfolio's i wanted to know if thats fine to do on website and how can i get employers/agencies to look directly at my site, which they do on others such as storm

I think it's perfectly fine for people to post, it's just like a networking site. I think you can contact agencies directly, and get your site on a search engine like Google.
