Now a days due to the competition in local banking, it is becoming essential to market their products: Loan... there are many lending schemes: as per RBI norms they have to fulfil and give the Agricultural loan, priority sector loans & etc: But to get more profit they have to sell other products loans which gives more interest to the Bank: Personal loan to salarised people: car finance to business owners: For this kind of loans bank will charege more: OK: for this finaceing (( to give loan) the Bank must have fund: so they will mobilise deposits: there are two kind of deposits: short term and long term: In this also they will play and mobilise funds at low interest rates better tahn RBI lendign rates; |
