I am working on a power point presentation for my international business class and am having troubles.
The secenerio is my company manufactors skateboards and they are only sold domestically but the CEO in interested in exporting to Australia. The CEO asked me to make a power point to present to the board of directors meetings. This will serve to educate the directors in the matter of Foreign investments and international investment theory. At the end of the presentation I must make a recommendation of whether or not I think the company should enter the foreign maket.
Can anyone give me any tips for this power point?
the 5 "W's" always work 1. who 2. what 3. when 4. where 5. why and 6. How. OK six W's. So with each one write out a 3-5 line paragraph on the subject. Another good thing to write out is the target market, price point, distribution . Make a pie chart for one of these, whether the price points, the target age/price/region. Copy and paste a slide of the country and where it is to where you are located in the world. Visual things go well when doing a presentation along with the hard black and white numbers/ facts. What the benefits are to the company. How Will it increase profit margins. What are the projections after Australia -- the congo??? end.
