Discuss your view of (ideal) hr management in today鈥檚 organization. How does what you read in the text compare to your experience in practice? What support should you expect from the HR department in your hr management activities? They should do a lot of employee satisfaction surveys. Most HR policies practiced are irrelevant in this stress-heavy era. Most stress came from their immediate superior, so by understanding the management approach they use, HR should devise a consultation or training programs to improve the professionalisme of both parties. This should reduce confrontations and improve teamwork, and later on, productivity. They should be more bold in adopting unconventional reward package and employee policy.
