According to their advert, 'everyone around the world is investigating Talk Talk broadband'
At least a third of UK households don't have the internet, why would they be investigating, why would the people walking 15 miles a day for water be investigating Talk Talk broadband?

Is their advert just a lie?

Might be a slight exaggeration.
