Do you think the "world trade" should banned China from exporting their low quality products? No, it's the consumers decision whether they buy better quality or not. If they didn't export goods then lots of people would lose their jobs. i don't think it's a good idea. do u know how much China's contribution is?banning China from exporting can cause economic disruption coz China's products are cheap thanks to their cheap labour. but what other countries should do is to constantly monitor China's imported product and to not accept low quality goods. I don't think that it should be "banned" per se. Just let the individual countries decide if they still want to import the particular products. Remember that not everyone has the capacity to choose and buy only high quality products because of financial difficulties. You can ban but you will suffer. In order to fulfil the ever-rising demand for consumer goods in the global marketplace today, other countries just don't have enough resources to produce the goods efficiently. This will rise the cost significantly, causing the end consumer to suffer. China has a well-supplied and cheap manpower and loads of raw materials that would take any country milleniums to accumulate, to match. But, they are still in the early stages in the learning curves, and global feedbacks will help them improve. In the mean time, we have to suffer a bit, until they improve, which would take decades. Think of it as our investment for the well-being of future economy :lol... We should learn from the examples of Sony electronics and Hyundai cars. they would never be where they are today if they don't produce rubbish in their early stage! Just my 2 cents though.... |
