Compare. Usually they have exactly the same active ingredients and work the same and are cheaper.
I think brand name products are usually better than the supermarkets own. For example, brand name chocolate such as Cadburys tastes way better than any supermarket brand of chocolate and things like brand name shampoo or washing liquid are better quality than the supermarkets own. The good thing about supermarkets own is that they are usually cheaper than brand name products.
