Being a manager of a retail shop...like managing a Seven Elleven store. usually it is the management of a retail establishment vs. a for-non-profit organization. managing companys who sell things to the general public e.g. high street shops. retail management can encompass ordering stock, selecting stock, managing staff, looking after the premises and making sure customers get the best possible service from the shop/store/bank etc |
