Are internet adds for real?

i know this is pretty obvious but are there nay actually true free "giveaways" online?

Internet advertising like all advertising is regulated by the Federal Trade Commission. If an Internet advertiser is offering something "free" the deal must comply with the definition of "free" provided by FTC. If you feel the ad is deceptive, file a complaint on line at www.ftc.gov.
