Do i need any permits to place an advertisement on the side of a commercial trailer??? |
I have a commercial trailer (53' enclosed van), I have a friend that owns a restaurant, and want me to put a vinil ad on the sides of the trailer. Do we need any special permits to do this? In the UK you can do whatever you want, in the land of the free, I am not sure. State-to state laws differ on this, If you are not moving it from where it is already parked, then the structure was not erected for advertising purposes and you should be able to get away with it. If you are moving it to a new location solely for advertising purposes, it gets a little clearer that you will need to permit it. If it's on a state highway, or visible from a state highway, that will be the permitting agency. Try this new free classified site http://www.boxforyou.com 100% Free! |
