Can u provide me with the promotional strategy of ibdian banks.its for my project please help me? Promotional strategy for Indian banks....Let me think .... nah just irritating you. See before figuring out the best promotional strategy for any Indian bank...we have to know its major or sources of income. Some concentrate on retail lending, others on corporate lending....But the fact remains that garnering deposits is still the big issue here... So the best promotional strategy would be to know which kind of depositors are you looking at ... is it a rural, urban or co-operative bank. If its rural then I think the best way to promote, will be dole out loans that promise a lesser rate of interest as well as less emphasis on security. For urban depositors (big/small)...the most potent way would be to promote the bank's activities through media. Like co-branding exercises, joining hands with employers for salary accounts .... May be this will help a little. |
