Why do real estate agents feel the need to put their picture everywhere?...? |
on their business cards, bus bench ads, billboards those little refrigerator magnets, and even on their cars, what's the deal with that, and this goes for i think at least 99% of all real estate agents. Because when someone sees the agents name or photo everywhere in a certain area they think that he/she is the agent to do business with in that area. Just like with any other marketing tactic the more you get you name, logo or even picture out there the more known you become and the more business you generate. Someone may like the way they look, think they are reliable, fun to work with, reminds them of a friend, etc. and be the type of person they want to work with to buy or sell a house. It also helps in recognition the way Nike has their symbol and many others. They don't feel the need. They KNOW the need. One word only: BRANDING!!! If you'll ever come across Jo Han Mok's websites after reading this you'll understand why he was the top internet marketer for 8 years in row. His picture on every one of his sites. Real estate or not, branding is the way. Customers are buying YOUR product, not ANYBODY'S product. http://sifaka.simpleurl.eu I can tell you people don't remember names they remember faces. I have a good friend that didn't remember the name of a Realtor when she was selling her home; but, she remember the picture of a Realtor that was on a billboard by the hat (though ugly) she wore. That is why you have pictures so that you will remember their faces. |
