Im studying marketing right now and i want to become a creative director and to work in an advertising agency.

how to do that and what steps should i follow??

im so creative and i have lots of great advertising ideas.

Nobody starts as a creative director -- you have to start as a copywriter or art director.

In order to get one of those jobs, you need a portfolio (a book of fake 'speculative' ads that you have created). Rather than your resume, that's what agencies look at.
I am not sure what you are asking... But if you are asking how you can market yourself online as a creative director you should use an SEO company.

SEO (search Engine Optimization, Ranking, Position)

85% of all website traffic originates from search engines鈥? Can you really afford to lose that much business?

SEO services to select the best Keyword, set density, link popularity strategy, content management, meta tags and crawl it to SE.

I work for www.weSubmit.net and we use tried and tested methods for attaining a high ranking for your website on many popular search engines, thus increasing your website鈥檚 visibility and, accordingly, traffic. We give you the results you seek without any excuses. That鈥檚 a guarantee!

Our optimization experts understand that skillful keyword selection and placement, polished content writing, and short and precise meta-text are the key elements in the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process. Additionally, since search engines no longer merely scan meta-text in ranking your website, over one hundred other factors have to be considered during optimization, including your website鈥檚 popularity compared against your competitors. We, therefore, pay careful attention to these elements during optimization, so that you may maximize your return on your investment into our affordably priced SEO services. Even though I work here I use weSubmit.net for my own website.

There are many ways to be creative in an advertising agency - ranging from (obviously) the creative department itself to new business development, media, production, account planning, and more.

If you want to be in the creative department to produce the commercials, print/online ads itself, you'll need to build a portfolio first. If you are in LA, there's a program called "bookshop" that helps people who are non-art major students to build their portfolio and is taught by actual creative directors from various agencies in LA.

However, if you're talking about creative marketing ideas, you might want to explore new business development - you do research and create marketing plans to pitch to potential new clients for the agency (diffferent agencies may use differnet terms for this particular department)

There are many other ways in which you can utilize your creativity in the ad industry (sometimes on the publishers' side as well, not just within an ad agency), it just depends on which path you want to take :)
