How do i create a company communication manual?


am creating a company communicatio manual that involves phone ettiquete, communication with clients, internal communication.

Don't create the wheel. Go to the library and ask the business desk that question. He'll hand you books with examples. Take the best and leave the rest.
Locate a company in a similar industry that is similar in size and ask them for a copy of their mannual and model yours after it.
