Helping enivronment by clicking on sponsored links? Isn't it abusive towards the consumer?

They say that for every 100 million visits (all forests on site taken together) they will give an environmental organisation 10.000 dollars.

Is most of the money really spent on organisations or for own profit of the site?

It is abusive to the ADVERTISER -- because people are clicking on the ads, not because they are interested in the advertiser's products, but to "help out" this website owner. Advertisers are spending money -- and the website owner is getting income from those clicks -- from basically fraudulent clicks.

Plus, 100 million -- the site does not even have a Pagerank yet meaning it is too new. It will take a million years before this website can reach 100 million visits and do their good deed of contributing to an environmental organization.
