There's this resin figurine I designed after an existing videogame character. I had it made by Gensen Figures, Hong Kong and plan to sell it through Capcom (the company who owns the character). Since the character is copyrighted, I cannot sell it without the consent of the company. So, I thought of promoting the figure to them instead. But how? Through Gensen Figures? Please help!
Write to them asking for a license to use character and send them a sample of your product along with what you plan to do.
They'll probably contact you, with the exact procedures. |
