Do reservation systems such as a Computer Reservation system used by travel agents provide potential for serious abuse or are the alleged problems presented in the case just unfortunate manifestations of free enterprise? If you feel there is potential for abuse, identify the abuse areas, who might suffer, and which specific practices should be regulated

I am not really fan of travel agent. I always booking flight by do it myself as I like to control everything including payment -quite sensitive for identity fraud.
The weakest link of the card actually the people who use it. I do agree that system can been abused by some culprit out there, but maintain our ID is the most important. If you mean specific practices for travel agent, I think they are already have one. |
