Tell me what's wrong. I really do need some objective observations.? |
I asked this question before and got nothing but a sales pitch. Then the person voted themself the best. I'd like to try again and hope someone will actually give me an objective opinion. Go to: www.cybermailmarketing.com Tell me if my web site makes sense to you. Can you tell what I do? Is my site missing something? I'm not getting the conversion rate that I'd like. In fact, I get very little conversion at all. Thank you for your help. This isn't intended to be a sales pitch, just an honest request for advice. A few suggestions (a) Run a spell checker over every page. Home page has guidance spelt as guidnace (b) For the bullet points on the front page - try the "so what" test then reword in simpler terms. The bullets focus on the feature but not the benefits. (c) Provide some case studies. These may make it easier for potential customers to relate to your service. (d) Provide some customer testimonials. Could be that the conversion rate is a function of where you are promoting the service. i.e Promoting Beetles records in MySpace would probably have low conversions too ! Try widening your promotional channels to see what happens. Hope this helps If you could give me a few days I might be able to help you reword some things if you are truly not satisfied. There's a method you could use called NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) that might help you out. Part of that is mentioning what the feeling is like when the customer has finally used your help. What will they feel? What will the reactions from THEIR customers be? How will it change thier business? What's something tangible that you can offer? Increased sales? Just my thoughts...email me at davidmsmock@yahoo.com if you'd like my help. If it blocks my email its my username for answers.yahoo.com at yahoo.com.:) You are a frikn spammer. The only people spamming anymore are offshore creeps. Your business is despised by consumers and American businesspeople know this. I read just two lines and I hate you. I am glad you are going broke, you deserve it. Its not your site, its your business model and your total lack of morals. It's a little bland, and besides your links of screenshots, not interactive. I'd probably add more graphics to keep it visually interesting. The problem is you're pitching a solution, but not identifying WHO you're targeting and HOW you help. WHY should they trust you? People are looking for "What's in it for me" (WiiFM) and you need to immediately answer that question in your website copy. Then, you develop a dialog with the prospective client (on your website, in your FAQ, white papers, email, and eventually phone). |
