on eBay, my two items were sold last week. However they stills say awaiting payment. When I click on the item's descriptions, they say Payment Pending. Can anyone tell me if that means they did pay, and if it does when will the payment go through? Should I ship ASAP? or wait for the payment? Log into your paypal account and see if there is money waiting for you. If someone pays with a credit card, the money is instantly in your paypal account, unless you have a personal paypal account, and in that case the payment is in limbo waiting for you to upgrade you account. If someone paid with available paypal funds, that money is instantly placed in your paypal account. If they paid on paypal via a checking account, that money witll take a few days to clear. If no money is waiting in your paypal account, send your customer an invoice again through ebay. if you have not received payment or an explanation of where the payment is within 7 days after the auction has ended, file a npb on them so you will get your fees back and can relist. The money will not show up in your "ebay" account. A customer can mark something paid or not through ebay. Always check your paypal when in doubt. Hope this helps Do not ship until you have your money in your ebay account.....you should receive emails saying your payment has been received....... Payment pending means that eBay is waiting the payment from the purchaser. The payment has not gone through. DO NOT SHIP until you have the money credited to your account. The people may change their mind. If they do, you can do negative feedback if you want. And, you'll have to let eBay know so they don't charge you for selling fees when the item hasn't really sold. Contact your buyer(s) they could have mailed you the payment. I would wait until you receive the payment and the payment clears your bank before shipping the items. Good luck! Ebaying since 2000! When it says payment pending it is waiting for there check to go thu Hi Jason,they either sent you a echeck through paypal which means paypal will let you know when it clears or they are mailing you a money order. I would just email them and ask them how it was paid |
