How can I get more customers to come to my hot dog cart. So how can I increase my business? |
What can I do to increase more customers to come to my hot dog cart? I think it's awesome that you run a hot dog cart! I'd love to do that. Here are some ways you can increase your business. 1. Create unique dogs - instead of having regular dogs, ad some polish sausage, italian saugage, etc. Ad some serious toppings like grilled onions, cheddar cheese, home made chilli, marinara sauce, mozarella, tomatoes and the list goes on. 2. Offer free samples of your awesome dogs to passers by with the help of a cute girl. 3. Also sell some beverages and chips to make a complete meal. 4. People love combos - with your unique dogs, offer combo meals like "the Italian Job" italian sausage dog with marinara, drink and chips. 5. Make them bigger and juicier - when they walk off with your super hot dogs, you want people to ask them where they got it. 6. Chop the dogs up in pieces, add the desired toppings put it in the cardboard little holder thingy, add a little fork and sell it as a protein dog, or Atkins dog, or dog bowl or something like that. 7. have a sandwich board or large display by your cart that has a picture of your hot juice supersized specialty dog combo meal. 8. I don't know where your stand is but have yet another cut girl hand out combo meal deal tickets/coupons - people can get a free drink or bag of chips (which ever makes more sense) one way is to alter the experience. Instead of "selling hot dogs" change the experience so it seems like getting a "great meal" focusing on the speed or protein part (for guys). without knowing anything about the location, i am assuming traffic it not the problem. You might raise your prices to make them less "cheap" feeling and emphasize specials like 2 for 1 on a certain day, or a free drink on another. CFO Get hot woman to advertise. A good-looking lady! Hey, Sex Sells!! This lady has some good tips ^^^^^^^ But I can always recommend bringing your cart to the places where people are likely to be congragating. Parks, school board meetings, busy street areas that have a place to pull over and have some yum. |
