Premium Hosiery products selling - what should be the % of margin from the cost of production?

Here the material passes from (1) Manufacturer to Distributor, (2) from Distributor to Retailer, and from (3) Retailer to End User.

usually it is 20% or above for each level. However, margins depend an how recognizable is the prioduct and what is the likelyhood of the retailer to sell it on profit.
