False Advertsing In Car Adverts?

If a TV car ad shows a car doing things in the advert that it can't do in real life is it false advertising and therefore is it illegal? Examples would be things like cars changing Transformers styles, Or out running pyroclastic flows from volcanos, Dodging tornados etc.. On a final note I think it would be like advertising a lightgun for a games console and goin "Beyond anything Delta Force uses"

it is allowed as advertising can be considered as a form of creative expression - as long as the text is truth the rest (all emotional connotations with magic) are allowed.
It also depends on the consumer's protection groups in the state where ads are shown.
