EBay night staff suspended our account without any warning and we committed no violations?? I could see them??


I could see them burn in hell as we were just starting to pick up our business and go places. We'd been selling for months and now this crap!!

I see now why these men go on a rampage to investment brokers, post offices, etc., for victimizing consumers without cause. I am so angry right now I could spit bullets.

Does eBay have a claims dept. to file a damage claim against them and/or their insurance company? Who else has experienced unfair business practices by eBay? I swear, I want to smash the face in of the ones who have harassed and caused our account such a loss. It's humiliating.

Started selling higher end electronics after months of selling with no problem and suddenly BOOM! No more account! This is unlawful by them! I am so mad right now! Now what??? No obvious appeals to eBay answers, please!!

ebay will be always right and you are always wrong!!!
You must have violated their rules somehow.
Bet you are / were in violation of their TOS. There's so much crap in there LONG and HARD to understand TOS, I'll bet most lawyers can't under stand it.
