I would like to get information on starting a promoting business....? |
I would like to start a alcoholic beverage demonstrating company. I would like to promote at liquor stores and events. The problem is I don't have much information on the subject. I have searched the net and came up with nothing. I have two licenses in two different states and a liquor license. Does anyone know what else I should have or where I should look to find this intomation??? First you should ask for policies for the event locations you are looking to promote at. It could be a barrier based on social concerns. I would write out a plan of what you think you would like to do first. You may have a great idea but what I have seen is that most alcohol companies do their promotions in house. They come up with their own ways for promoting and they do not use outside promoters. That by no means does not mean your idea is not a good one it might have to be tailored to a market that already is doing a pretty good job already. What you need to ask yourself is What can I do BETTER than the alcohol companies? |
