I happen to work for an internet marketing/advertising agency and can assure you that "free" does not exist. At least not if you want a quality ad. You should look into running some PPC ads. If you're a relatively small business it's not too hard to set up yourself, assuming you have a website or some sort of online page describing the product and how to order. Be careful though, advertising online can be tricky and there are a LOT of people in that market who are just looking to take your money.
