What are some forms of free/low-cost advertising? |
I just put an ad on Craigslist for my very small Balloon Bouquet delivery business that I run out of my home. I am an expert balloon twister as well. What should I do now to advertise? Letting other business related owners know of your services would be a great way to drum up local business. Try the local supermarkets that sell flowers or gift basket companies. Perhaps you could offer an add on service and you would actually supply the delivery along with their product. You would then be able to co-operatively go after the same market and help each other create more profit. (end less carbon footprint) Answer at Forums like this one and comment on blogs. Search for blog themes and forum questions that has something to do with your craft and leave links of your website. Do you think you can "cut corners" and make a good impression with those thin, flat, lifeless, computer-generated cards? PLEASE DO yourself a HUGE favor: Invest your time to sit down and properly design your business cards.
