How to market a fine dining restaurants?

How to market a fine dining restaurants?

If this is a new establishment, contact the local newspaper. They have a section for new businesses and will do an article that should bring in some business. If you don't have a website, start on and put pictures, menus, directions, etc. There are many sites in a local area that will have a listing of restaurants in the area. Search your area for these listings and get yours added to them. Run an ad in the newspaper. Offer 1/2 off one entree when purchasing a second one or a free dessert with a copy of the ad.
Find any contact that works for your your local news/ magazine and ask to be featured.

Host an event where the proceeds would go to charity and again, invite the press.

Do a grand opening.

Visit organizations, medium-large companies, business clubs... find out if they have any scheduled important meetings, conferences, seminars and offer to cater at a discount.

Best,
