Are there any websites that give u gift certificates to use on their website after u join?


I made an account with a clothing website and after i did they gave me a 30 dollar gift certificate to use on the website. I was wondering if anyone has heard of any websites that do the same.

If it's just a straight $30 certificate, I'd be concerned. That sounds very odd.

However, are you sure it's not something like this: $30 off your first purchase of over $100? Their merchandice may be overpriced, and they're just sending out the gift certificate to lure you into a purchase.
