It really depends.. You have some people that charge by the hour. You have some that charge by the sq feet of the rroms they may be cleaning.. But 50.00 is normally a good place to start if your infact the cleaner and not the cleanee....
I used to have maids that would come once a week. They would clean the big visible messes. There were two of them, they were each paid 25 dollars.
its a lot like hiring someone coming over to do service on your lawn. stage your home, or have it look the way it would "normally" look on a daily, weekly, or bi weekly basis. have them look at the area and ask them how much it would cost to do service weekly or biweekly. if you pay by hour you will be losing more money....take this from someone whos done both. But than again it really depends on how flexible the cleaner is on negotiating the price.
