Whwn u goto a shop to buy something u are a consumer when u go to resturant to pay and eat u r a consumer. if u take a loan from Banmk/credit card u are a consumer. if u travel in a bus against a paid ticket u are a consumer if u travel by air and buy a tkt from agent/ or airlines u are a consumer. How do you behave as a consumer. Similar is the behaviour of other consumers. u have the answer with you. consumer are those who consume products available in the market and that includes you and me. without us there is no business. we are the consumers. how do they behave? well, just like how you behave. |
